SOORI takes its name from the Korean 수 — water. Not the most obvious name for a skincare brand, and that's rather the point. Water doesn't add anything to your skin; it restores what was already there. That's the whole idea behind everything we make: radiance isn't manufactured, it's renewed.
SOORI 的名字取自韩语中的 수 —— 水。对于一个护肤品牌来说，这并非最直观的名字，而这正是我们的用意所在。水不会为你的肌肤添加任何物质；它只是恢复肌肤原本就有的东西。这就是我们所有产品背后的核心理念：肌肤的光泽不是制造出来的，而是被唤醒的。
SOORI began in 2015 — quietly, and on purpose. While the industry chased the next trend, our founder Jennifer Hu went the other way: behind the scenes, into the R&D lab, and stayed there. Ten years of formulating, testing, discarding and refining for skin that lives in heat, humidity and year-round sun — the unglamorous work that never makes the marketing. We were never in a hurry to launch; we were determined to launch right. A decade on, we believe we've finally derived it: the formula worth carrying our name.

Every formula starts on our own faces first — Jennifer Hu and the team test each serum for weeks before it ever gets a name, let alone a price. If it doesn't visibly do what we claim — firmer skin, a calmer barrier, clearer tone — it doesn't ship. We'd rather launch three products we believe in than thirty we don't.

Value doesn't mean cheap价值不等于廉价
We price honestly. No inflated "recommended retail price" crossed out to fake a discount, no permanent "50% off" that was never really the full price. What you pay reflects what's actually inside: high-potency actives, gentle delivery, dermatologist-tested, no filler. Premium where it counts; never pretentious. If a cheaper ingredient did the job as well, we'd use it — and pass the saving on.
